Dr. Roche began her career in Paris, where she earned degrees in psychology, ethnology, and sociology and spent over a decade practicing in private practice, child protective services, and community organizations. Her professional journey has spanned continents—from humanitarian work in post-tsunami Indonesia to refugee care in France, and now clinical practice in California—always guided by a deep commitment to healing and addressing the roots of human distress.

Sarah Roche holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the California Institute of Human Science, as well as a Psy.D. and several advanced diplomas from the University of Paris. Her training and lived experiences have shaped a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed approach that is grounded in empathy, neuroscience, and evidence-based practice. She works with children, teens, adults, and families—tailoring therapy to each client’s story, strengths, and needs.

Fluent in English, French, and Farsi, Dr. Roche brings a multilingual and cross-cultural perspective to her work, allowing her to connect more deeply with clients from diverse backgrounds.
